What to expect:
The first visit we’ll cover all the paperwork and I’ll answer any questions that you may have. We’ll spend time getting to know each other and I’ll conduct an assessment to gather more information about your background, what brought you in, your strengths, and what you’d like to see change. At the end of this assessment we’ll discuss all options for treatment and develop a plan.
What you’ll need:
For family and couples therapy all members of the family who plan to participate should be present at the first session. For child and adolescent therapy services, parents/ guardians who have legal custody will need to be present to complete all paperwork and the assessment. All clients will need to bring their completed paperwork with them to the first session, which is located at the bottom of this page. If applicable any psychological testing, IEP, or hospital discharge paperwork would also be helpful to bring for the first visit.
